Rodeo Bloom operates this store and website, including all related information, equine products, and equine massage therapy services (the "Services"). Rodeo Bloom is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 2 - PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER (EQUINE SERVICES & SUPPLEMENTS)

  • Equine Massage: Services provided by Rodeo Bloom/FB Equine Massage are intended for equine wellness and performance enhancement. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns.

  • Supplement Compliance: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that any supplements purchased comply with the regulations of their specific competitive association (e.g., drug-free competition rules).

  • Human Supplements

    All human supplements and natural health products sold on our website are intended for use according to the manufacturer’s instructions and product label.

    Please read the product label carefully before use and follow the recommended dosage. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.

SECTION 3 - OUR PRODUCTS & "LIVE FLOOR" INVENTORY We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However:

  • Inventory Disclosure: Because we pull online orders from the same stock sold at live rodeo events and during therapy sessions, an item may occasionally sell out in person before the store updates. In this event, we will notify you to offer a substitution or a refund.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS, PRICES, AND BILLING Rodeo Bloom reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice. You represent and warrant that (i) your payment information is true, and (ii) your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer products to the carrier (Canada Post). We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or weather.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including logos, text, equine massage protocol descriptions, and original images, are owned by Rodeo Bloom and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Rodeo Bloom is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that any sales and purchases are made directly with Rodeo Bloom, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales, including any injury or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

SECTION 8 - FEEDBACK If you submit reviews or suggestions ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and display such Feedback. We reserve the right to remove any Feedback we deem offensive or unlawful.

SECTION 12 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. You consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the courts located in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec.
